Η 37χρονη Emma Stone με τη νέα υποψηφιότητά της για Όσκαρ, για την ερμηνεία της στη «Βουγονία» του Γιώργου Λάνθιμου γίνεται ο δεύτερος νεότερος άνθρωπος στην ιστορία των Όσκαρ -και η νεότερη γυναίκα- που συγκεντρώνει επτά υποψηφιότητες. Το ρεκόρ κατείχε μέχρι τώρα η Meryl Streep, που είχε κερδίσει την έβδομη υποψηφιότητά της το 1988, σε ηλικία 38 ετών. Ανεξαρτήτως φύλου, το κατέχει μέχρι σήμερα ο Walt Disney, ο οποίος είχε μετρήσει επτά υποψηφιότητες το 1936, μόλις στα 34 χρόνια του.
Η Stone έγινε επίσης η πρώτη γυναίκα που συγκεντρώνει δύο υποψηφιότητες και για την παραγωγή και για την ερμηνεία του ίδιου φιλμ. Μια τέτοια, διπλή υποψηφιότητα είχε η Frances McDormand, το 2021, για την ταινία «Nomadland». Η Stone είχε ακολουθήσει το 2023 με την πρώτη της διπλή υποψηφιότητα για το «Poor Things» και τώρα, με το «Βουγονία», μετράει τη δεύτερη.
